بجلی چوری
السلام علیکم و رحمتہ اللہ و برکاتہ ۔
موسم کی وجہ سے مہنگائی کی ماری کچھ عوام بجلی چوری کرنے کا جرم سرزد کر رہی ہے۔ان میں سے کچھ تو امیر لوگ بھی شامل ہیں۔۔
پیسے بچانے کے چکر میں وہ افورڈ کرنے کے باوجود یہ غیر قانونی کام کرتے ہیں۔ان کا لالچ انہیں یہ گناہ کرنے کی طرف مائل کرتا ہے۔اور کچھ لوگ ایسے ہیں جو اپنے گھریلو حالات کے مارے بل ادا نہیں کر سکتے اس لئے مجبوراً یہ جرم سرزد کرتے ہیں۔
بات کرنے کا مقصد یہ ہے کہ جرم تو جرم ہے خواہ وہ کسی بھی حالت میں کیا جائے۔کچھ لوگ تو چوری چھپے یہ کام کرتے ہیں اور کچھ لوگ دھڑلے سے اس فعل کے مرتکب ہو رہے ہیں۔
جو لوگ سورج کی تپش سے بچنے کیلئے چوری کی بجلی استعمال کرتے ہیں اور پھر اے سی کی ٹھنڈک کا مزہ لیتے ہیں ان کو چاہیے کہ دوزخ کی گرمی برداشت کرنے کے لیے خود کو ابھی سے تیار کر لیں کیونکہ حرام تو حرام ہے۔۔بیکار کی وضاحتیں اسے کسی صورت حلال قرار نہیں دے سکتیں۔

۔اس بات کے مقابلے میں کچھ لوگ یہ دلیل پیش کریں گے کہ اس سب کی وجہ مہنگائی ہے۔لوگوں کا کوئی قصور
۔نہیں ہے
2اور کچھ لوگ کہیں گے۔۔یہ سب خالی خولی باتیں ہیں۔
جب آپ کو ان سب حالات کا خود سامنا کرنا پڑے گا تب پتہ چلے گا
۔3۔ہر کوئی کرپشن میں ملوث ہے۔۔ہم ہو گئے تو کیا ہو گیا۔۔وغیرہ وغیرہ۔
میری عزیز بہنو اور بھائیو!ہر ایک نے اپنا حساب خود دینا ہے۔۔سب کی قبر الگ ہو گی۔ایک کے عمل کی دوسرے سے پوچھ گچھ نہیں کی جائے گی۔اگر ہم چوری چھپے یہ عمل کرتے ہیں۔۔کوئی ہم تک پہنچ نہیں پا رہا تو یہی سوچیں کہ یہ ہماری بربادی کا سامان اکٹھا ہو رہا ہے جو آخرت میں ہمیں جلا کر بھسم کر دے گا۔
دنیا کی گرمی تو پھر بھی کسی نہ کسی طریقے برداشت ہو جائے گی لیکن جہنم کی گرمی برداشت کرنا ہمارے بس میں نہیں ہے۔۔یہ چوری کی بجلی سے ملنے والی ٹھنڈک ہماری آخرت کو مشکل بنا رہی ہے۔۔۔
بجلی چوری کے جرم کیلئے علماء کرام نے ایک فتوی جاری کیا ہے۔۔۔
۔”اس فتوے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ بجلی کی چوری ناجائز، حرام اور گناہ ہے، جو مسلمان کنڈے کے استعمال، میٹر کی رفتارسست کر کے یا کسی اور طریقے سے بجلی چوری کے مرتکب ہوتے رہے ہیں ان پر لازم ہے کہ وہ ا س گناہ سے توبہ کرتے ہوئے اب تک کی چوری شدہ بجلی کی قیمت کے برابر رقم بجلی کمپنی کو اداکریں۔”
اس لیے بہتر یہی ہے کہ ہمیں اس جرم سے باز آ جانا چاہیے کیونکہ اللہ تعالٰی سب دیکھ بھی رہا ہے اور سن بھی رہا ہے۔۔ہمیں خود بھی حلال کمانا چاہیے۔اور اپنے بچوں کو بھی حلال روزی کمانے کی عادت ڈالنی چاہیے۔۔
اللہ تعالٰی سب کے روزی رزق میں برکت ڈالے اور ہم سب کو تمام گناہوں سے پاک کر دے آمین ثم آمین۔خوش رہیں آباد رہیں دعاؤں میں یاد رکھیں جزاکم اللہ خیرا۔زندگی رہی تو اگلی پوسٹ کے ساتھ پھر حاضر ہوں گی ان شاءاللہ۔

- STEALING ELECTRICITY IS A SIN
Aslam.o.Alaikum,
how are you all I hope you will be well.Continuing the “Learning Journey” series, today we will discuss another important topic.Inflation due to the weather is causing some people to commit the crime of stealing electricity. Some of them are rich people too. In order to save money, they do this illegal thing even though they can afford it. Their Greed makes them commit this sin.And there are some people who cannot pay the bills due to their domestic circumstances and therefore commit these crimes.The point to be made is that a crime is a crime regardless of the circumstances.Some people are doing this secretly and some people are committing this act by beating.Those who use stolen electricity to avoid the heat of the sun and then enjoy the coolness of the AC should prepare themselves now to bear the heat of hell because Haram is Haram. The explanations of can not declare it as halal in any case.
1. In contrast, some will argue that inflation is the cause of all this. People are not to blame.
2. And some people will say.. These are all empty words. When you have to face all these situations yourself then you will know.
3. Everyone is involved in corruption.My dear sisters and brothers!Everyone has to give their own account. Everyone’s grave will be separate. The action of one will not be questioned by another.If we do this secretly, no one is able to reach us, then think that this is the material of our destruction which will burn us in the hereafter.The heat of the world will still be tolerated in one way or another, but it is not in our power to bear the heat of hell. This cooling from the stolen electricity is making our hereafter difficult.Scholars have issued a fatwa for the crime of electricity theft.”This fatwa states that stealing electricity is illegal, haram and a sin. Those Muslims who have been guilty of stealing electricity by using coils, slowing down the speed of the meter, or in any other way, must atone for this sin. Repenting, pay the electricity company the amount equal to the value of the stolen electricity so far.”
Therefore, it is better that we should refrain from this crime because Allah Ta’ala is both seeing and hearing.We ourselves should also earn Halal. And our children should also get used to earning Halal livelihood.
